Terms of Service** We guarantee your item will arrive working, or we will replace it at our cost. Tracking #'s will be promptly provided when an item ships. Note on returns, we do NOT cover return shipping cost on returns for a refund. If an item arrives faulty, we will swap it at our cost. Orders after 14 days can't be refunded, only fixed / replaced under the product warranty. On items being returned for a refund, if they are opened there is a 15% restocking fee. MUST be in the same condition. If its damaged or dirty, we might charge an additional repair or cleaning fee. Some health / wellness items can't be returned due to strict FDA regulations. Please contact us before you return to ensure it is accepted.
